Physical therapy (PT) sessions are exhausting. It will not only require strength but also undying endurance to complete the needed tasks. If it is taxing for younger patients, it is more draining for seniors. To help our elderly loved ones prepare for another pumping PT session, provide them the following:
- Rest.
Always let granny sleep for at least eight hours before PT sessions.
- Hydration.
Constantly provide refreshments before, during, and after exercises.
- Gears.
From head to toe, your aging loved ones must be well-equipped.
- Encouragement.
Let them know that you believe in them.
